Overview
I was the User Experience Designer on the product team at iSpot.tv.
iSpot is a data analytics company that provides insights to clients about their ad-buys on cable, broadcast, and streaming tv.
At iSpot, I worked on both public and client facing platforms, as well as internal tools.
iSpot Analytics Dashboard
iSpot.tv’s bread and butter product is their analytics dashboard. This is where clients go to pull data about their ad-buys.
For these products I worked extensively with the product, front and back-end engineering, data science, and customer success teams. I have designed, contributed to, presented, and shipped over 10 products.
The dashboard is available only to iSpot clients and is under NDA. Because of this, the project page is password protected. Please contact me for the password.
Internal Tools
iSpot’s internal tools maintain their ad catalog. For this project, I reformatted the ad editing and metadata collection portion of the tool. I streamlined the flow for efficient data entry.
I gathered feedback from users, collaborated with back-end developers, and conducted A/B and usability testing. The redesign increased data entry speed by 10% and improved new employee training protocols.

Developer Site
The iSpot Developer Site is for clients to access the API. For this site, I conducted competitive research and user interviews, and created use cases, user flows, lo and high fidelity wires, clickable prototypes, and all visual design elements.
I worked with the engineering and front end development teams to produce the current iteration of the site.
